I never had the manicure done since they did not bother to call me and tell me that my reservation was cancelled. They knew I had a reservation, because the lady knew my name, but they did not contact me to tell me that the reservation had been canceled from their side. I asked why I had not been informed, the lady answered “because you don’t have a Spanish number” like if they could not contact me via email or WhatsApp. Professionalism 0.
