It was more like a relaxing message, not a sports massage. I asked her for a strong muscle massage and we confirmed strong pressure at the beginning of the massage but it was still just rubbing oil and light tapping. When she asked if everything was ok during the massage I told her to add more pressure and it was still just rubbing oil. I said to focus on my neck in the comments online/in person and she only touched it at the very end. It was a waste of money and not what I signed up for.
