I love what they did with my hair! I have naturally brown hair with red undertones, but have been doing blond highlights for three years. I hadn't colored my hair for four months and the roots were growing out quite a bit, so I decided it was time to go back to my natural color. She really took the time to look at the color of my roots and assess the condition of my blond hair to determine the best way to match the color without damaging it or turning it orange. She went over the options with me and we agreed on a color, and it turned out just how I wanted! It is almost exactly the same as the picture I brought in of me before I started dying it blonde. I am very happy with the color, the attention, and the price point. Thank you!!
