I made the appointment via Treatwell for a specific time. I arrived to the salon 5 minutes earlier, but no one was there and the doors were locked, even the security shutter was pulled over the window. I tried calling the numbers provided, but no one answered. I also wrote to them on Whatsapp. Someone finally replied 20 minutes later than my appointment time, then after some more time waiting outside in the heat, an employee came and opened the shop.
Otherwise, the experience was pleasant.
