I found the lady to be very rude and in a rush. She used the nail file drill to get my gel polish off and filed away at my nails to the point they were burning. She then used the drill on my cuticles and made them bleed, not just one or two, a full hand. I now have scabs on my cuticles and they are extremely sensitive. I went in with long nails and she hacked them all off because one was broken. I would not go back here.

I always get the extra strong semi permanent manicure and it last for 3+ weeks. Nothing has ever lasted this well on my nails. All of the girls are friendly and dona good job.
