I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional therapeutic massage.
I specifically booked with the owner or manager and explained that I needed a strong, deep tissue massage, ideally including lymphatic drainage, due to severe pain. I asked several times whether someone truly qualified was available. She assured me they had someone capable and recommended their “therapeutic massage.”
Unfortunately, the service did not match the description. The technique was random, no pressure points were addressed, and it felt more like a relaxing massage, which does nothing for muscle tension or pain.
To my surprise, the same person who did my nails also performed the massage. While she was kind, I was already skeptical of a “jack of all trades.” I repeatedly asked for more pressure and clearly pointed out that my shoulder blade area needed urgent focus. Despite stopping the massage multiple times to explain this, there was no improvement. I now believe she is not qualified to provide therapeutic massages, and when I asked about her credentials, the owner avoided answering.
There’s a reason therapists need training and certification—especially when people come in with real pain. I raised my concerns privately and respectfully, but was met with hostility, and no offer of a partial refund.
On top of that, I was slightly overcharged. I was initially quoted €134, discounted to €120. I removed a service (pedicure color), which reduced the price further to 124, but was still charged the same amount.
I was offered a 10% discount on my next treatment—but honestly, why would I return? The lack of transparency, poor service delivery, and unwillingness to take accountability are unacceptable.
It’s a shame, because I was happy with the manicure and was interested in trying other treatments. The technician herself was lovely—this is clearly a management issue for assigning someone unqualified to a specialized service.
The space itself is lovely too.

Pese a ser un magnífico centro, no es la primera vez que me realizo un tratamiento, sali defraudada. En pocas palabras, el facial consistió en la aplicación de 3 mascarillas distintas con sus correspondientes tempos... noté en falta algún tipo de masaje para que los principios penetrasen mejor y lograr una mayor relajación de la experiencia... lamentablemente, no repetiré más.

es la primera vez que hago un mensaje y solo me tratan la parte posterior del cuerpo... para mi un mensaje tiene que ser en todo el cuerpo. delante y detras. me quedé como di habias hecho una cosa incompleta. la chica muy buena y amable. por esto he puesto 3 estrella y no 1.
