This is my second time at YES
Am very happy with my cut as Alan did exactly what I wanted.
Felt very at ease as if I have know Alan for years.

This was actually my 2nd visit and once again I was not disappointed.
I was met with a warm welcome on arrival from both Toby and Al. A refreshment of choice was offered, up to date magazines to browse and enjoy the soft jazz music playing gently in the background lending a relaxing atmosphere.
I was just a wee bit apprehensive on my first visit as I requested my hair be shortened by 5 inches. However, I was so pleased with Toby's attention to detail and delighted with the end result w.
During this visit I was completely relaxed in Toby's hands and enjoyed my visit from beginning to end even more.
Prior to my first appointment I popped into the salon to have a chat with Al who assessed the condition of my hair and was helpful in my choosing colour. Definitely something I would recommend.
I'm looking forward to my visit next month ☺️
