They were late starting my pedicure. My appointment was supposed to be 1 hour, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I told her 10 minutes before 1 hour was up that I needed to leave in 10 minutes to get to a work meeting. She did not hurry. My nails are sloppy and chipping. She charged me DOUBLE what the price is upon booking. Also, the floor was dirty with water and dirt and I was expected to put my feet on the floor. It was gross. I will NEVER GO BACK.

No era Tatiana la que me atiendo, mi experiencia fue bastante negativa, 2h y media para un relleno de acrílicas del que no salí satisfecha. Des de que han cambiado a las chicas que había es peor. No volveré
